A PARISH councillor and founder of a wrestling club has appeared in court accused of committing sexual offences against children.At Truro Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning Brian Deacon, of Merther Close, Sithney, near Helston, faced six allegations of touching children aged under 13 between 2011 and last year.He did not enter any pleas.Deacon, aged 69, is a Sithney parish councillor and a founder of Sithney Wrestling Club, which now meets at the Epworth Hall in Helston.
